Rusty's XJ Front Steel Fender Flares - XJ (Pair) - Powdercoated

Rusty's steel high-clearance fender flares are the direct result of customer requests for better, more unique body armor for the XJ Cherokee, and we delivered! Rusty's new XJ Steel High-Clearance Fender Flares are built for hardcore trail use and combine aggressive styling with excellent functionality. The body panels are constructed of 1/8" steel, while the flare portion is 3/16". All of the fender components are laser-cut, CNC formed, and then robotically welded for an exact fit. In fact, the flares are constructed in such a way that there are no welds visible on the exterior, so they have strength and good looks to match! To top it all off, the flares have a durable satin black powder coated finish and include black stainless installation hardware. Whether you're trying to protect your XJ from damage on the trail or need to cover up some existing trail boo-boos, these are a great solution!

The front flares include two inner structures to help further reinforce the assembly, enough that the flares are strong enough to jack up the vehicle with a Hi-Lift Jack if necessary! The flares provide an additional 3.5" of tire clearance over the stock fender openings.

On 4-door models, the rear flares incorporate a tube that acts as a slider to protect the quarter panels and rear quarter windows from trees and other obstacles. 2-door models do not have the slider tube. They also open up the fender well all the way to the inside pinch weld for additional tire clearance to match the front.
