The Story

JT rear axles are fairly stout but could bend once big tires and heavy accessories are thrown into the mix. Rusty's axle truss is designed to beef up the factory Dana 44 by gusseting the axle tubes where they are pressed into the housing. Rusty's axle truss is constructed of 3/16" laser-cut steel that is then CNC formed for an exact fit. The truss works with factory JL Dana 44's with factory brackets. Another option that most don't do, we have a removable plate so on the Rubicon models you can easily un plug the locker wiring for service or repair. Don't wait till it's too late to beef up your axle!

Ships raw. Welding is required for installation.
